This took rehab to the ultimate level, we redesigned the entire upstairs. We added a laundry room on the back, replaced the exterior doors and all the windows. We installed a new kitchen with awesome hickory cabinets, granite counter tops, ceramic tile flooring and stainless appliances. We installed a new bath with double sinks, ceramic tile flooring & tub surround. We installed engineered wood flooring in the living/dining rooms & carpet upstairs. Installed all new lighting including ceiling fan in dining room.

Today I began a complete gut and rehab for Brian Beard of Priority 1 Properties. This is one of the worst houses we have seen this year. We plan to demo all the old plaster walls and frame new ones. We plan to install a newly designed kitchen and bathroom. We will install all new vinyl replacement windows, new doors, and repair the porch. We will convert the old patio area into a laundry room. All new lights and fixtures.

What a job! This project didn’t go as planned but we overcame every obstacle and the house looks amazing. We replaced all the windows, repaired all three porches & railings, installed a firewall, and re-coated the back metal roof. We installed a new kitchen with hickory cabinets, granite counter-tops and tile flooring. We repainted the whole house, refinished the wood floors and carpeted the finished attic space. We installed a new bathroom, we left the claw tub to keep this period home as original as possible. (checkout the portfolio above)

This is an amazing home, the detailed woodwork is great. This house was stacked to the top with everything you could imagine. It took months to clear out and haul away everything so we could begin this rehab. We plan to patch the walls and preserve all of the wood. We will install a new bathroom and a new kitchen with stainless appliances. We plan to finish the large attic into living space as well. This property has huge potential.

Finished the strangest rehab yet today! We added another bedroom, bathroom and an office to this home. Now with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office this home is awesome! This house had the pink walls and black trim, we repainted it and it is amazing! We repainted the exterior and installed an awesome deck! We installed a completely amazing kitchen with an island and awesome lighting!
UPDATE- This home sold the day after we finished it for more than the asking price! Great Job Guys!

This is the strangest house I have ever seen! Pink walls and black trim, yes I am serious. (check out the portfolio above)

We finished Jefferson St 3 bedroom 1 bathroom farm style house. This house is no longer the green candy cane! We installed clay siding and repainted all the trim white. We rebuilt the garage roof and support system and added a nice garage door. The inside was completely drywalled, painted and floors refinished. New bathroom and kitchen with new stainless appliances including the awesome Decor exhaust fan. (check out our portfolio above)

Today we began a total rehab at 560 Jefferson St. This is a farm style home built in 1905. We called it the green candy cane! (check out the portfolio above) This house needs a major makeover! We plan to install all new drywall, repaint, refinish the hardwood flooring, install a new bathroom and kitchen including appliances. We plan to install a new roof, clay vinyl siding and all new vinyl replacement windows. We will rebuild the porch and the garage.

Wow! What a job! We finally finished Wyoming St with a bang! Property was one of the worst rehabs we ever seen! We had to redesign this into an awesome 4 bedroom 2 bath place. We installed 2 new bathrooms, a kitchen with Corian counter tops and a butcher block, and the coolest upstairs loft ever. We replaced the old metal windows with new vinyl replacement windows. We installed clay vinyl siding and a new roof. We put some amazing slate on the front porch (be sure to check out our portfolio above) and all new railings.
This rehab was excellent because the neighbors were so grateful that we were there upgrading the neighborhood!
