Wow! What a job! We finally finished Wyoming St with a bang! Property was one of the worst rehabs we ever seen! We had to redesign this into an awesome 4 bedroom 2 bath place. We installed 2 new bathrooms, a kitchen with Corian counter tops and a butcher block, and the coolest upstairs loft ever. We replaced the old metal windows with new vinyl replacement windows. We installed clay vinyl siding and a new roof. We put some amazing slate on the front porch (be sure to check out our portfolio above) and all new railings.
This rehab was excellent because the neighbors were so grateful that we were there upgrading the neighborhood!

I've been doing renovations for 7 years using MANY different contractors.
