 I love to buy the worst house in a neighborhood and gut it,
redesign it, rebuild it and make it the nicest house in the
neighborhood. I love getting to know the neighbors! They are
so happy that we are there turning the eye sore of the
neighborhood into a property that just increased the property
values of everyone's homes. This is the passion of my heart,
its my motivation to get out of bed in the morning and go do
what I do! I love it!
